One of the priorities is to ensure that the people who work on and make the products are treated with fairness and respect. The store works with suppliers and manufacturers who meet its high standards for safe, healthy work conditions, and whose employment practices conform with local law and best industry practices. These standards include a strict prohibition against child labour, forced labour, unsafe working conditions, or unfair wage practices.

RETURNS POLICY

The items on this store are made with the utmost of care, and in keeping with fair wage policies and high standard working conditions. In order to maintain these standards, please note that all purchases are final sale, with the exception of damaged items. If you need to return an item, it must be unworn with the original tags still attached. Please note that the customer is responsible for any fees associated with returning the package. The order will be refunded once the item has been returned to us.

SHIPPING COSTS

Currently, we offer free shipping on all order within Australia to metropolitan areas. For international postage please see the section regarding international shipping below. Shipping costs may occur for certain orders. If so, shipping costs for your order will be always displayed in the order breakdown on the checkout page. Your shipping price will depend on multiple criteria, including your shipping address, shipping method and number of items in your order.​

SHIPMENT ORIGIN

All orders are packed and shipped from Melbourne, Australia. Once packages are sent out with the shipping carrier, they are then shipped out to customers through Australia Post.

ADDITIONAL COSTS (CUSTOMS, DUTIES, TAXES)

Sometimes there can be additional costs due upon delivery for Non-Australia orders. We cannot be responsible for any additional import charges charged by your country's import laws. This is out of our control and unfortunately we can not know or foresee what additional charges may be due upon delivery. Please note that should you have to pay additional fees at the door, these are your responsibility. If you do not pay them then your order will be returned to us and at which point, we will issue you a refund less the original shipping cost plus a handling fee of 10.00€.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently do not offer international shipping through the website checkout however you may get in touch with us and we can arrange for shipment to be made to the country you are located in. Please email us at eial@outlook.It

 

EXPEDITED SHIPPING

We currently do not offer expedited shipping, but we make sure to get your order to you as soon as possible.
